Advance registration will close a couple of weeks before the start of the event, but we anticipate that we will be able to offer on-the-door rates as well as day rates. Details of these will be announced much closer to the event.
Registration Rates
The 2012 registration rates are as follows:

Supporting registration can be upgraded at any time by paying the difference between the current supporting and attending rates. The accommodation and meal rates will be announced later.
Concessions
Concessionary rate applies to pensioners, schoolchildren and students in full time education at the time of joining.
Accommodation
We have a block booking of standard single and standard single ensuite rooms in student halls of residence, available as a four night package for conference attencees (16, 17, 18, 19 August) or as individual nights: you may also purchase additional nights now or nearer the conference at the original rate of your booking. You may book accommodation at the time of your registration, or later.

For those wishing other than standard student accommodation, Loughborough University (Imago) offers a range of on campus accommodation choices, including executive doubles and suites at their Burleigh Court facility. Imago also runs the Link Hotel, which is a short walk north of the campus: double/twin room without breakfast is currently £53. Family rooms and suites are also available. Meals
Meals may be booked up at any time up to May 2012.
